Over-the-Phone Consultation:

$100 per hour

Mystery Shopper Package: This comprehensive package includes an unlimited timeframe and an unlimited number of visits to ensure quality customer service, health department compliance, and recipe adherence. Guest-facing employees will be evaluated on a scale of 1 to 5, assessing professionalism, courtesy, sales skills, and general knowledge. The facility will be scored on a scale of 1 to 10, with specific violations documented. Inspections will align with New York City health department standards and Serve Safe guidelines.

Recipe Compliance Assessment: Food purchases will be photographed and rated on a scale of 1 to 10 based on overall appearance, portion size, and the time taken to receive food after the order is placed.

Sous to Chef Training Course:

$5,000 plus hourly rates

Front of House, Manager, and General Manager Training Course: $5,000 plus hourly rates

Safe Food Two-Hour Training Course: This course includes a walkthrough of the restaurant focusing on strict compliance guidelines, followed by a one-hour session on corrective actions and an additional hour covering general health department and safe food practices.
